My background includes over 30 years in construction, with experience in Multi-Family, Senior Housing, HUD Housing, and residential projects. I am a safety-oriented manager who consistently emphasizes safety. I have a strong knowledge of the building industry and I understand how to navigate thru the project budgeting, buy-out and contract management. My strategic project scheduling, troubleshooting and problem-solving skill have allowed me to work successfully with-in the project Team, to complete the project requirements, within the projected time frames and within the projected budgets.

In addition to my analytical project skills, my oral and written communication skills have facilitated an outstanding working relationship with other Team members, subcontracting personnel, project consultants, ownership management groups and government personnel. My experience also includes proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project Scheduling, Procore, CMiC and Spectrum Accounting software.
