• Assisting the managing lawyer with the preparation of legal documents, alongside legal researches, administrative, and legal supportive works.
• Conducting pre-claim investigation, initial case assessments, and legal researches.
• Drafting appellate documents, motions, and pleadings and filing them with the court.
• Performing administrative duties such as calendar hearings, deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics.

Results:

• Prepared criminal complaints and submitted them to the Police Stations and Public Prosecution.
• Prepared memorandums to be submitted before the Court of the First Instance and the Appeal Court.
• Assisted the lawyers in the preparation of the Cassations to be submitted before the Cassation Court.
• Followed up with the competent authorities regarding all the cases.
