• Provided global technical support/troubleshooting at a tier 2 engagement level, provided support for over 20+ products and services and often engaged on high severity events as to lead technical troubleshooting for our team. These issues ranged from outages to site performance deep dives to understand what may be dragging performance values.
• Supported new product initiatives, working with project management, software and product launch teams to support and build documentation/troubleshooting steps for other engineers within the team. This sometimes involved hosting training sessions and demos of the product.
• Work with management to train new engineers and provide guidance on tickets/starting out leading high severity events.

• Provided technical support/troubleshooting to varying issues occurring at NA, EU or JP FCs with robotics equipment. These issues range from Robotics movement on the floor to troubleshooting services experiencing outages or just providing deep dives into metrics as a SME for sites to improve their current processes.

• As a Team Lead, I am the main point of contact for Floor Health related concerns or escalations for the ARS Network, answering any questions or concerns that may be brought up from FCs in the NA Region. These may come in the form of requests for deep dives into certain metrics, identifying root causes for issues impacting Operations, as well as joining high Severity events as a Subject Matter Expert giving recommendations to help resolve issues FCs may be having.

• As a Flow Lead for the Floor Health side of Cental Ops, I am responsible for monitoring and working with individual Amazon Robotics warehouses to ensure proper flow of operations on the Robotics Floor. This also includes in escalating safety or standard work issues to be corrected that may have high operational impact affecting the businesses' ability to meet the deliver by time guaranteed to the customers.

• I was an Amazon Robotics Instructor for the AUS2 launch building in Pflugerville, Texas. I taught standard work and safety procedures when working or interacting with the robotics on an Amazon Robotics fulfillment floor, certifying associates so that they met company requirements for this role within the FC.

- Worked in several different departments within Operations, including earning safety certifications to both work with and train team members on how to safely enter and work with the robotics on the Amazon Robotics floor(s).

- Took the role of a process guide, running shift for the team of associates working within the Amazon Robotics floor and providing shot calls/best guidance to Operations shift leads on how they can work around some issues on the robotics floor.

- Occasionally traveled to other fulfillment centers to provide safety training and auditing for other operations teams working with robotics floors, working closely with learning and safety teams on any concerns.
