• Organize work in field, coordinate members' workload, check reports from team members, reduce site down periods, provide support and timely information to other departments for prompt determination of the problem
• Provide reports on all open and ongoing processes.

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Prioritize and plan testing activities.

• Commissioning, integration and start of the equipment of BSS system (TRAU, BSC, and BTS)
• Maintenance of sites of BSS system of the equipment (BTS, BSC, PS, AFS)
• Network elements (BTS, BSC, PS, AFS) troubleshooting
• The organization and implementation work of commissioning, maintenance & troubleshooting.

• Being an active technician of the department participated in the repair, reconstruction and building of base stations
• Visited sites for checks and provide stable operation of base stations.

• Test and check of equipment after repair according to determined standards
• Calibration of measuring tools
• Solving problems arising during checks with close cooperation with other divisions
• To instruct personnel with health and safety regulations
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
