Ilham Pashayev

I joined the Research and Development Student Union as a team member and progressively advanced to team leader and then Project Manager. Throughout my tenure, I have successfully organized and coordinated seminars, workshops, and networking events involving geologists, geophysicists, and engineers from leading industry companies such as BP, SLB, Halliburton, and SOCAR. My responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and facilitating knowledge exchange between industry professionals and students. In my current role as Project Manager, I oversee the execution of projects that bridge academic learning with practical engineering experience, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
