Post-award Procurement activities:

  • Preparing Purchase orders.
  • Maintaining Close monitoring of project activities in line with the contractual conditions.
  • Ensuring all Purchase Orders, Service Orders, & Subcontracts shall be executed by the EPC Contracting entity, shall be provided with un-priced copies and include where applicable operator training, Spares, Catalysts, Lubricants and Chemical and other consumables required.
  • Ensuring any Original Bank Guarantee associated with Performance or Warranty are logged and passed to the Client Contract Department.
  • Determining and arranging Client Expediting visits at vendor work sites etc.
  • Requesting overall Inspection Plans and Monthly Inspection Schedules for Critical equipment and Long Lead Items.
  • Review the Invoices and Co-ordinate with accounts for payment.
  • Apply to different ministries and customs authorities.
  • Submit proposal forms for Marine Insurance to import goods from port to site.
  • Follow up with vendors to get Built drawings, Written warranty if any, Spare parts list, Maintenance manual, etc.
