• Management of Operations on site.

• Supervising the panel and platform operation team.

• Operation and control of the production and utility systems and equipment through the ICSS monitoring and reporting systems.

• Holding the key role in PTW process and participating in daily PTW meetings.

• Preparation and execution of planned/unplanned shutdowns and campaigns.

• Participating in Incident Investigation and Reporting Processes, such as Cause Tree Analysis.

• Keeping HSE dossier up-to-date.

• Monitoring and control of the platform process, utility and safety systems from the central control room.
• Communication to process operators as required.
• Ensuring wells are producing as per priority list, tested and optimized with respect to ongoing activities.
• Ensuring that gas and oil exports fulfill requirements as per specifications.
• Responsible for monitoring the overall safety related to ESD and F&G systems.
• Monitoring ongoing work on the platform as far as related to safety and environmental issues.
• Daily reporting and administrative activities as required.

• Monitor production and utility system parameters to ensure that the facility is operated with in a safe working envelope, ensuring emissions, energy efficiency, and production targets are met.
• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Participating in the optimization of the production plant, including the use of production chemicals.
• Troubleshooting on mechanical failures and production offsets.
• Preparing and carry out process isolation and assist Maintenance in mechanical and electrical isolations.
• Create and revise facility Operational Procedures.

• Have the ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Permit Authority, Panel/Field Operator, and Authorized Gas Tester.

• A member of the Incident Response team.

• Maintain a pro-active approach towards HSE by identifying facility hazards, ensuring environmental compliance & incident reporting, including participation in safety & toolbox meetings.
