I Brightview Landscaping I started off as a labor working for the city of Chandler for like a year and a half. Then I got moved up to become a crew leader and move the workers around. We would clean all the streets of city of Chandler. Make sure they’re clean when I was a crew leader. I would make sure my workers have their safety gear on which would be a mask glasses gloves they should have the vest. Later on when I hit two years, I became a crew leader and a driver so I had a lot of responsibilities because I would drive and I would have to check the workers. Make sure they do their job right and also make sure they have their safety gear on and their vest.

At this construction company, I would be in charge of all the safety I would make sure they have their safety gear on. I would check that they have all the materials they need. I would double check that they put everything correctly because this construction was building apartments hospitals houses I will check that they have their safety gear on helmet their boots, gloves, glasses I wanna make sure they don’t leave anything laying around my job was basically was checking that they were doing their job good making sure they were safe with their gear. Have everything organized and also making sure they build the stuff correctly so nothing happens.

I would be in charge of moving the workers around make sure everything is clean I would make sure my employees would always be respectful to customers of any customers out having problems ordering food or if they wanted something to be cleaned like a table or a chair for them to eat and sit on I would make sure they would ask the customers how their day going and also saying thank you. You’re welcome. Have a good day. And making sure everything is clean the whole store the kitchen the front the back make sure the food is good. Make sure everything is on point. Offering customers that they need anything else with their food.
