My Self and Another one of my Close Friends decided to make a Team of 20-35 People that

are Strong and Skilled. I had to promote my team with different partnerships and

advertisements to get our name out. We had to recruit and organize all the people we gained,

we tried out each and every one of them to see if they qualified and had exceptional skill. In

the midst of recruiting and promoting we had to get authorization from staff and admins to

play for their server to compete with different teams and bounty's. We had to get different

roles of people that are successful at what they do in. Electricians, construction workers,

pvpers, farmers and other management and leaders. This span took us at least 1-2 months to

successfully complete. Once the start of the server came around we had to analyze the map

we would play on to find optimal spots to be able to defend, build and gather resources.

When the server started I organized all 35 people to fight and defend a spot (all of them

working their different roles simultaneously). Showing accountability Leadership skills and much more.

This project was done from the game "Rust" and "Discord"
