I answer incoming calls and complete an intake form for all reports needing to be made.

Assisting with all their daily routines and helping direct and cue them as needed.
Having great time management to ensure each residents recieves their proper care throughout the day.

Assisting nurses and physical and occupational theraphists with care for assigned patients. Providing assistance for patients
with any tasks such as transferring, meal times, bathing, etc.

I multitasked between emails and phone calls, communicating with customers to help with all their insurance needs. I
answered all questions to the best of my ability and helped make policy changes when able to or redirected to an Insurance
agent when needed. Spoke with mortgages, loan officers, insurance companies, etc. to help the customer resolve any
problems.
