With 30 years in education, I have remained deeply committed to fostering strong student achievement through inclusive, engaging instruction that meets the needs of every learner. My classroom is built on the belief that all students can succeed when they feel valued, supported, and challenged. I design lessons that are interactive and meaningful, encouraging curiosity while making learning both purposeful and fun. A key focus of my teaching is building student confidence—empowering learners to take risks, learn from mistakes, and grow academically and personally. I hold students to high expectations while also promoting accountability, helping them take ownership of their learning.
