ILS Sustainment Manager (Aug 2023 - current)

• Manage budget, planning, and execution for JSOW sustainment efforts (over $10M in total contract value)
• International Logistics Support to include but not limited to: hardware shipments, liaison for in country Field Service Rep (FSR), EX/IM compliance, customer support, and field logistics coordination (to include trainings)
• Manage and produce Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for JSOW Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for upcoming sustainment efforts (as well as Engineering Change Proposals)
• Attending/Supporting Bi-Annual Program Reviews (PRs) and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
• Support current Transition To Production and Undefinitized Production contract efforts
• Produce, review, and approve several Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) for the JSOW program
• Produce and support Estimates at Complete (EACs) for the JSOW program, as well as attend quarterly EAC meetings
• Inventory Analysis and Spares Reconciliation
• Host Gate 5 Kickoffs, Gate 11 Closures, and various weekly/bi-weekly meetings to support the various JSOW contracts.
• Serve as Logistics approver on Configuration Change Boards (CCB) and Design Review Boards (DRB)
• Lead Logistics POC for Life Cycle Engineering on JSOW program to support contract closure and GFM/GFP disposition

Logistics Specialist AIM-9X (Feb 2016 - Aug 2023)

• Repair of Repairables (ROR) Support, Scrap Salvage Management, and Adhoc Sustainment CLIN oversight. To include but not limited to: Producing/providing monthly ROR status for FMS depot assets to customer. Coordinating with customer to collect necessary inbound logistics documentation to support depot induction and repairs. Spares reconciliation and reporting. Management of the Scrap Salvage Process for the AIM-9X program to include letter requests, approvals, reporting, and depot notifications. Logistics Operations Knowledge Interface (LOKI) POC for the program for all system enhancements and projects. Adhoc Sustainment CLIN oversight encompasses the general tracking and management/oversight of post production efforts (vice Depot Repairs) to include field maintenance and SW upgrades, training events, flight tests, Program Reviews, and Return To Vendor repairs as examples. Hosting kickoff/closure meetings, tracking budget and execution, assisting Program Management and Finance functions with overall status and execution. (circa 2020-2023)
• Shipping Management and USG Missile Reporting. To include but not limited to: Processing Delivery Travelers (PRISM DTs), Updating/Transactional Reporting to USN Ordnance Information System (OIS-R) and USAF Tactical Munitions Reporting System (TMRS). Managing/tracking outbound shipments with the USG, attending customer meetings and providing/maintaining shipping report for AIM-9X and PMA customers. (circa 2018-2020)
• Inventory management, reconciliation, loss reporting and disposition for sustainment and System Improvement Program III (SIP III) hardware within the 9X lab environment. To include but not limited to: Certificate of Expenditures, Cycle Counts, Raytraks, PRISM updates, Universal Property System (UPS) updates, and GFM/Classified tagging of hardware/property. (circa 2016-2018)

• Managed budget implementations, employee reviews, training, schedules, and vendor contract negotiations.
• Managed a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and high employee satisfaction.
• Developed and implemented strategies to increase sales and profitability. (Elected ZERO-to-HERO, raised annual sales by 30% from 2006-2013, maintained Key Performance Indicators KPI's ratings of 90 or better, and recorded 2nd highest sales volume ever at the Winchester Rd location *as of Jan 2016)
