o Resolutioned IFM Account during Transition, increasing account revenue to $13.6 Million from $4.5 Million, by adding Maximo, Preventive Maintenance Strategy, vendors and subcontractors.
· NORAM Maximo P2P Integration – Developed, designed and implemented Maximo P2P for 26 NORAM IFM Accounts integrating $247 Million in vendor spend, 3500 vendors, and 250 Sodexo FTE’s. Coordinating the Maximo, Finance, Account and BI Reporting Teams.
O Consolidated project schedule, tasking and meeting schedules into six 8-week sprints. All sprints were delivered on-time.
o Awarded “Most Impactful Project for 2020” by Corporate Services NORAM Senior Leadership.
· NORAM Command Center Integration - Led the integration of Corporate Services Accounts into the Sodexo Command Center converting all work order management systems to Maximo and implementing a Preventative Maintenance strategy.
· Corporate Services NORAM Transitions - BNPP, Boeing, United Federation of Teachers (NYC), P&G, GSK, Gilead, Sanofi and Merck transitions.
o Redesigned due diligence and solution upon arrival as Bombardier Manufacturing Leadership had not approved, Procurement’s FM outsourcing was required to facilitate Manufacturing Leadership’s approval.Oli>o Engage multi-cultural resources from Brussels, Paris and Algeria to meet the French-Canadian Language requirement.o Proactively redefined all ISS FTE job roles and responsibilities in Hard and SOft Services.
