Accomplishments

  • Led startup of new Facilities Management Team for 3,600 T-Mobile stores. Ambitious plans called for Go Live of new Facilities Management Program in just 45 days. Quickly assembled team for Johnson Controls (JCI), developed new processes to be installed at 3,600 locations across US. Delivered $2M+ in direct cost savings.
  • Turned around struggling facilities program at Shell Albian Oil Sands. Major account was failing to meet metrics and KPIs key areas. Performed detailed account analysis, making many changes and installing new processes for Routine, Urgent and Emergency work orders. Returned on-time work order completion to 98%+.
  • Managed emergency electrical & mechanical projects at three major NYC hospitals. “SuperStorm Sandy” had shutdown Bellevue, Coler and Coney Island hospitals. Assembled team of five JCI Project Managers to organize $165M relocation of electrical and mechanical spaces. Achieved successful reopening of key clinics in just 75 days.
  • Delivered 98.5% efficiency in janitorial services at 900 OfficeMax locations. New JCI contract with OfficeMax called for 20% savings and 95% efficiency. Developed new processes utilizing existing software and a call center to document all work and quality of service. Improved efficiency from 60% to 98.5% and reached savings goal.
  • Directed new account startup operations at six Bombardier manufacturing plants. New ISS account had a tight timetable for startup. Engaged French-speaking transition resources to work with Plant Managers and others in Quebec and Ontario. Managed successful launch of $16M facilities management account within 60 days.
  • Achieved on-time completion of corporate headquarters expansion. Contractor was looking for extension of construction timeline on $12M Pharmacia headquarters expansion. Overcame resistance and held prime contractor and subcontractors’ firm to their original completion deadline. Facility was opened on-time and on-budget.
