Over the past 14 years as a paraprofessional I have become skilled in providing classroom support, fostering positive learning environment and coming alongside students of all levels to help them succeed. I have consistently contributed to lesson planning and classroom management, focusing on enhancing student understanding and engagement. I value collaboration with other teachers and paraprofessionals, enthusiasm, and sensitivity to children as unique individuals as well as having high standards as being paramount to achieving educational goals.
I have a strong background in special education, and IEP implementation. I am skilled in fostering collaborative environment and adapting to changing needs to ensure student success. I am always ready to step in and positively impact student learning or teacher wellbeing with timely support. I always try to be well-prepared and organized for whatever groups I may be working with but also have experienced having to change plans at the last minute depending on student needs.
I look forward to continuing to be challenged, grow and learn in whatever capacity I am needed within Sierra Vista Unified.
