Student Peer Mentor
Serve as a positive example for students with disabilities and promote an inclusive and accepting environment for the student.
Assist with campus navigation by helping students understand and access campus resources, programs, and services.
Provide social and emotional support by helping students build positive relationships, facilitate social interactions, and build a sense of belonging within the school community.
Teach self-advocacy and independence by empowering students to articulate their needs, preferences, and goals, and to advocate for themself with teachers and staff.
