Got a promotion from teamster to operator. Supervisor retired so General Superintendent promoted to lead man on the I-15 Lamb Boulevard project for NDOT. After completing that project moved to the redesign of Las Vegas Motor Speedway where i was a Grade checker with the Trimble Ats and gps system in charge of making sure grade was correct with only .02 tolerance. Worked on many high profile jobs after completing LVMS.
In 2012 I was asked to move to the Material Side of the Company where i was in charge of fabricating and repairing crusher plants. While working in that area I set up and operated multiple on site and mobile crushers to make aggregate for projects. Some of the projects included I-15 from Jean,Nv to Baker California.The final project was the I-11 project from Henderson to Arizona state line. I was also in charge of MSHA training for all my projects
