I started with A&A Manufacturing which is a division of Shasta Pools. I designed the in-floor cleaning systems for outside vendors.
Added to my design duties and took on the financing roll where I supplied loans for home owners to build swimming pools with our outside vendors.
I assumed more responsibility and took on warranty returns for the in-floor cleaning systems. We would receive damaged parts from home owners and assess the warranty claims and return new product if warranty standards were met.
I also did customer service. We would receive phone calls from homeowners having issues with their in-floor cleaning system. Trouble shooting would occur over the phone and how to proceed with warranty claims if necessary.

Custom Plastics is a plastic, product manufacturer. I was hired as a Jr. Engineer to assist the lead engineer. I was taught AutoCad to assist in the design of the molds that created the products. I ran blueprints to the companies that built the molds for our company. I helped write standards SOP's for the manufacturing of products.
Promoted to Quality Assurance Manager for the extrusion process. I managed seven employees over three shifts. It was my departments responsibility to ensure all product met standards set by our clients before release.
