Throughout my employment with Coreslab Structures. I had to get used to new experiences as i was moving up quickly, I was a patcher that wasn't only just entrusted with regular concrete patching, I was also entrusted by supervisors to color match concrete mixes, using color matching techniques, a skill not many know. and above all that I was entrusted to train individuals on how to patch, and conducting supervision when needed, making sure they were safely doing their job in a fast paced environment. I possess strong skills in identifying damage, preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying patches to deliver durable repair solutions.. Known for superior workmanship and ability to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Demonstrated success in improving longevity of structures through high quality concrete patching.

  • Color matched and concrete mix using recipes that were made from scratch, and ensuring it blended with the rest of the concrete piece.
  • Sandblasted any concrete pieces to desired texture.
  • Sandblasted any concrete patches made, to ensure it match texture.
  • Used scales to make measurements of a variety of color pigments when making color concrete mixes.
  • Used angle grinders to even out, or used roto hammer to demolish any defects.
  • Ensured job was being safely executed by workers placed under my charge, making sure they used mask to combat any silica exposure, glasses, face shields, gloves, tool inspections. And would ensure to plan out their duties throughout the day to ensure they understand what has to get done.
  • Inspected any work that got out to ensure work was done right.
