
Over the past five years with this company, I've grown from learning the basics to becoming a Hospitality Manager who understands every position in the restaurant. I take pride in building accurate forecasts, creating schedules that consistently meet labor goals, delivering strong guest experiences, and developing team members through coaching and one-on-one conversations. Throughout my career, I've been challenged with new responsibilities and unfamiliar situations, but I've always embraced the opportunity to learn, adapt, and succeed. Being the youngest Hospitality Managers in the company has motivated me to lead by example and earn the respect of my team through hard work and consistency. The most rewarding part of my role is helping people grow while building a positive culture where both employees and guests feel valued. My experiences have given me a strong foundation in leadership and reinforced my long-term goal of leading a store of my own and continuing to make a lasting impact on the company and the people within it.
