Skills

  • More than anything that can be done by one person is what can be done with team work. Strong Leadership is essential to promoting quality team work and providing quality customer service.
  • To promote efficiency and motivation in one's team, one must lead by example. In leading team members, it is not only important to lead on how to initiate and complete daily tasks, but to be able to assist one another in delivering excellent customer service.
  • As well, it is important to be able to relate to each team member. With everyone being heard and understood, there is trust and respect which serves to encourage productivity and morale. This also helps to better recognize their strengths while also recognizing opportunities for improvement.
  • While recognizing each team member, it is just as important as anything else to recognize their progress and achievements. Team members should be seen for their contribution and see what positive difference it makes so to appreciate their work.

Reading & Writing

For as long as I can remember, I've always had a fascination with short fiction writing. It's only recently that I seriously got into reading novels and poetry and historical literature. Both writing and reading have ultimately become a space for me to rest my mind but also a place in which I can exercise it. It has helped develop the way in which I articulate my ideas and perspectives to others. It has also developed me into a person who is understanding and empathetic of others as well as instilling the interest I have in meeting new people and getting to know their story.
