  • Aligned & led project controls for the Questa portfolio, which increased controls capability of all eight Project Managers on 28 projects, increased reliability of forecasting, and setup controls framework for the remaining major capital projects remaining at Questa.
  • Developed and aligned Questa Project Managers around a risk-based cost forecasting tool to improve quality of project-level cost forecasts and the overall site forecast.
  • Building relationships with the PM’s has helped deliver results by making spend more predictable and reducing unnecessary budget constraints.
  • Cost forecasting improvements from -30% to +15% with our target being +-10%.
  • Built relationships with all Advanced suppliers and aligned contractor controls groups to deliver forecasting cashflows monthly has grown the Advanced supplier’s capability and helped Questa achieve the 2020 forecasting goal.
