Started in 1998 as a courtesy clerk and held positions as clerk, cashier, video clerk, assistant dairy manager, front end night manager, night crew chief and operations team leader.

Worked closely with management teams in creating sales strategies for the store, scheduling for our members, along with various other plans for shrink, product placement, discipline, etc.

Built displays and learned many techniques in how ro merchandise and cater to our customer.

Take a lot of pride when a customer calls me by name without seeing my badge because of the relationship we have built.

• Unbox and organize product to optimize space and ease of finding product.
• During the holiday season, I also managed an offsite storage facility.
• Led a team to process freight and fill the product to the floor.
