• Completing air filter changing's on Fan coil units in production areas and non-production areas in building
• checking belt tension and replacing belts on FCUs
• Checking non-operational fan coil units and troubleshooting and or replacing motor checking alignment on pulleys
• Completing daily blowdown on low pressure and high-pressure steam boiler hourly or when needed
• Help support remove build ups on water chiller and brush tubes
• Troubleshoot and replace switch on Fan coil unit. Continuing working on and closing out work order PMs, weekly's, monthly's, etc
• Replaced 1 and ¾ inch copper supply water line running to cooling tower #2
• Helped support move water float valve on evaporative cooler
• Helped clean areas in shop, mechanical rooms etc.
• Removed strainer basket in cooling tower loop and clean.

• Working on a new construction Mico-Chip Plant and Operations
• being a Team lead for a cleanroom project in the cleanroom where Mico-chips are being made.
• Checking the quality of air in cleanroom VOCs (volatile organic compounds) temperature and humidity
• Training and overlooking workers of 15 for AMC project directing and helping the mechanical group in the chiller plant
• Making SOPs (system operating procedures) for new projects, new power point tablets and word documents for turning over from construction to operation team
• Check equipment and do rounds and readings
• overlooking equipment from the control room responding to alarms or critical items
• Preforming pass down with night shift techs
• overlooking samples or troubleshooting in the cleanroom
• Working with engineers making sure equipment specs are met.

• Replace thermostats that are not working
• Monitor building through computer on building automation system
• Look at VAV boxes above ceiling replacing sensors, valves, and controllers
• Work around covid areas testing air flow with flow hood to ensure rooms are under negative pressure
• Also install exhaust systems for covid rooms to ensure rooms are under negative pressure for hospital safety
• Repair maintain and troubleshoot hospital screw liquid chillers

• Work in plant helping Journeyman complete work orders
• complete work orders dealing with PM schedule for HVAC units
• (PM) Preventive maintenance wash coils, indoor and outdoor, check capacitors, wiring and tightening connections
• Replacing motors, shafts, sensors, and thermostats
• Work on troubleshooting probes and monitor chillers from computers
• monitor buildings from BAS (Building Automation System)
• replace belts and replace filters for HVAC equipment
• Install mini splits in spaces where needed for heating and cooling
• Replace pumps and rebuild insuring proper operation of water flow in central plant.

• Turn apartments
• Paint doors, walls, patio, baseboards
• change ceiling fans also replacing light bulbs
• replace switches and outlets with covers
• Work on ACs replacing motors, capacitors, contactors and relays
• Test and clean pool daily adding chemicals to the pool to get right levels for PH and conductivity also add chlorine tablets
• Replace water heaters
• replace door handles and re-cut keys for tenets
• Do ground trash pick-up daily
• Take out old appliances and install new appliances refrigerator, stove top oven, and over the range microwave hood
• Install and or replace dishwashers, sink faucets, garbage disposals.
