Completed a Helpdesk internship as part of a university IT course. Provided technical support to students and staff, assisting with software installation, hardware setup, network connectivity, and common issues such as password resets and printer access. Worked with a ticketing system, prioritizing and resolving requests within set timeframes. Also contributed to documentation and helped update user instructions.
In addition to helpdesk experience, I have a background in Frontend development — I’ve created several websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I’ve also worked with technologies such as Bootstrap and jQuery, implementing interactive elements and animations to enhance the user experience. This combination of IT support and web development has strengthened my technical foundation and problem-solving skills.
