- Prepare incoming detainee records up to unknown multiple amounts of detainee's, update records, labels, classification of levels, notify PREA detainees to mental health and IHSC administration, print/work on facility roster reports, prioritized detainee call ups for scheduled appointments with providers, relating unit calls to provider/nurse, OMS system, fingerprinting, create identification cards, input photos, process detainee property and valuables, file/scan, logbook entry, security checks. Respond to medical emergencies, facility count, process outgoing transfers, communicate with medical records and ICE staff to correct detainee Alias, transportation for offsite appointments and Hospital watches, run facility control system. Before my current position I cross trained to help in other departments when needed such as yard, post in segregation, front lobby, post in pods, kitchen, rear gate, cell extractions, perimeter and constant watches. Led training programs for newly hired correctional officers and senior correctional officers in my current department, emphasizing safety protocols and proper use of restraint equipment.
