Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment is my evolution of my career from the clinical floor to the administrative side. Starting as a Medical Assistant, I gained understanding of patient care and staff burnout. I put myself through school to earn my Bachelor’s degree and my SHRM-CP. This journey allowed me to grow through every stage of the healthcare ecosystem, giving me a unique ability to bridge the gap between clinical needs and organizational strategy.
