  • Knowledge of governing supply regulation policies, procedures, instructions and performing routine aspects of supply work while understanding unit Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). A list of technical publications are as follows; AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, DA PAM 710-2-2, AR 710-1, NGB 710-1.
  • Responsible for supervising and maintaining parts and equipment in our supply room.
  • Manage appropriate disposal of expire POL and any other hazardous materials with accordance to the hazmat regulations.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations in accordance with hazmat. Maintain organization with all shop stock and bench stock equipment and update any inventory.
  • Review records for accurate information. Responsible for ordering, receiving and tracking equipment. Establishes and maintains automated and manual accounting records, posts receipts and turn ins and performs dues ins and dues outs accounting.
  • Use the Army Publishing Directorate (ADP) system frequently to update Manuals, Army Regulations and Publications for changes and amendments. Performs logistical duties and complies with appropriate regulations, forms and procedures pertaining to unit levels supply functions, hand receipts and other property accounting requirements.
  • Receives, inspects, inventories, loads, unloads, segregates, stores, issues, delivers and turns-in assigned equipment.
  • Establishes and maintains formal and informal communication with Supply Support Activities, maintenance, transportation, training organizations and Aviation Support Maintenance Group (TASMG).
  • Issue aircraft assemblies and special tools to mechanics and Civilian Contractors. Process and Turn-In both serviceable and unserviceable aircraft parts.
  • Make sure adequate Shop stock, Bench stock, Petroleum, Oils and Lubricants (POL) products and consumables are on hand to provide mission success.
