• Perform patient history assessments focused on cardiovascular symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or palpitations.
• Perform and assist with EKG testing to evaluate heart rhythm and electrical activity.
• Medication Reconciliation: Update and review patient medications to ensure accuracy
