I studied the internal infrastructure and interior of the enterprise in the administrative building of the Radio-Television and IP Broadcasting Services Department under the Nakhchivan Post and Telecommunications Center LLC, got to know the working activities of the Bakcell network ground station that each of us uses and had the opportunity to observe the processes, the ability of the main 150-meter ground station located in Duzdag and the station located in the administrative building to see each other and understand the exchange of information between them, the working principle of the radio and television broadcasting control room, the accumulators and generators in the server room and other devices, the use of devices and equipment in the laboratory room to quickly eliminate technical malfunctions at the stations and replace non-working parts with new ones, mastering the function and working principle of devices such as electricity testers and electricity meters for their intended purpose, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of radio and television broadcasting 24/7, the operation of 6 large and 44 low-power ground stations in turn every day, and the frequency and power of each of them are regularly reported to the transmission center. administrators are informed and I have implemented monitoring and verification processes to keep them under constant control.

In the section of withdrawal and registration of phones, reviewing the subscription fees of home phone numbers through the SecureCRT program, restoring home numbers in case of deregistration, changing, correcting, deregistration and cancellation, closely monitoring the process of preparing relevant documents for transferring home phones to addresses and acquiring relevant knowledge and skills and executing them freely. In the section of payment operations, payments for utilities such as gas, electricity and heating are adequately made by the NakhchivanPost program and YONCA program systems, connecting to the new internet and performing internet payments promptly, sending telegrams through COLVIR, transferring money to Zolotaya Karon, sending and receiving. In the section of receiving letters, sending and receiving letters in the COLVIR software with notification (SX) and without notification (SS), I have carried out the following processes: tracking the actual status of the letter, sending parcels and ensuring that the sent parcels are delivered to citizens in their full form without loss and promptly; receiving letters through the COLVIR program in the writing and sending section and handing them over to the postmen for delivery by clicking on the names of the postmen through the system; monitoring the number of newspapers printed per month and the process of increasing and decreasing these numbers per month; and receiving letters to be sent to various regions of Nakhchivan in the COLVIR system.
