Data Entry Clerk
Job Summary:-
Perform clerical duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinic, or laboratory procedures. Duties may include compiling and recording medical charts, reports and correspondence and billing patients.
Primary Job Duties:-
- Iinterview patients to complete documents, case histories or forms such as intake or insurance forms.
- Operate office equipment such as voicemail messaging systems and use word processing, spreadsheet , and other software applications to prepare reports , invoices , financial statements, letters, case histories, or medical records.
- Transmit correspondence or medical records by mail, email, or fax
complete insurance or other claim forms. - Entering all medical reocrds data such as fax and claims into e-clinical works.
