  • Present quarterly financial results and market conditions, in person, to CEO, COO, and various regional associates.
  • Successfully oversaw Division revenue growth; Division’s home closings grew from 174 (2018) to 645 (estimated 2025).
  • Participated in creating a new public company, Millrose (MRP). This was a nationwide initiative to move our land assets to a REIT.
  • Selected as a “Change Champion” for our nationwide accounting software conversion. Software was successfully live and implemented in July 2025.
  • Streamlined month-end close procedures, reducing turnaround time by implementing best practices. Month end close is completed by the 4th business working day each month.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis, financial statement package and supplemental reporting for corporate , providing actionable insights for executive decision-making.
