*Conducts research and develops requests for quotations and proposals.

*Track orders and confirm system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
*Review, update, and maintain purchase orders until they are closed.
*Closes-out assigned purchase orders/requisition orders in a timely manner.

*Assist in providing life and property insurance quotes and guide clients on their best options. Solutions to Bank's clients.
*Answer emails from clients and partners.
*Perform other tasks as required Qualifications.
*To prepare insurance contracts for customers.
*Calculation of amounts of the life and property mortgages
*Importing information from the Mortgage Fund and to include insurance information to the portal.
*Preparation and submission of monthly reports with partner Banks.
*To control money transfer ,supervise timely manner to include payments in the account.
*Conducting official negotiations.

*Development of local and international packages by visiting destinations and suggesting interesting travel routes or places of interest ;to search good places,hotels.
*To book hotels and tickets , to prepare tour package.
*Making contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements;Liaising with hotels, coach companies, restaurants and other clients.
*Occasionally making accommodation bookings on proposed dates.
*Organising and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
*Checking tickets and other relevant documents, seat allocations and any special requirements.
