Maintain daily interaction and communication with asset Senior Inspection and Corrosion Engineer, to ensure all work activities are completed on schedule and to an acceptable standard.

Review and analyze completed inspection reports to ensure workscopes have been delivered in accordance with approved workpacks and make decisions for repair or replacement activities.

Participate in Risk Based Assessment (RBA) procedure of facility, pipe work and vessels as the basis of developing detailed and phased work scopes.

Identify potential risks and anomalies in the assets and create maintenance plans.

Identify the corrosion damage mechanisms and select the appropriate inspection plan and frequency of inspection.

• Preparation of inspection and integrity data for RBA reviews
• Preparation of inspection/integrity workpacks
• Retrieval of project specific technical data from client library/documentation
• Assessment of anomalies and defects
• Inspection reports review
• Operating any inspection/integrity database or system such as ACET for input and review of data
• Supporting new joiners of the company in their development

• Operate ACET and client MMS (Maximo)
• Conversation of construction drawings and site sketches to isometric drawings in AutoCAD
• Management of change procedure (eMOC)
• Preparation of Inspection Workpacks
• Gather data from engineering drawings (P&ID's, ISO's)
• Maintain filing systems / databases
• Maintain Inspection Query / Remedial Order Registers / Documentation

• Preparing the necessary illustrative material, educational equipment, chemical reagents for practical and laboratory work, and, if necessary, take part in their conduct
• Help bachelors, masters in the preparation and conduct of experiments
• Increase professional and theoretical level
• Coordinate with the educational department and the dean's office the annual training assignments of professors of the department
• Make reports on the implementation of monthly and annual training assignments of professors
