  • Led the Dispatch team for 5 months, overseeing the management of 200 Airmen and $1.6M worth of critical equipment.
  • Trained and mentored over 50 Airmen; as a Missile Security Operator, this led to over 400 nuclear maintenance missions being accomplished and enhanced readiness for the nuclear security defense posture, and as an armorer, this led to lowering discrepancies and exceeding mission requirements.
  • Developed multiple tracking systems as an Armorer, managing $1.2M in equipment, weapons, and 125K munitions; modernized armory operations, reduced discrepancies by 95%, and enhanced accountability. Also created tools as a Missile Security Operator, significantly boosting operational efficiency and team morale during missile security operations.
  • Evacuated an irradiated missile facility and acted as the on-scene commander during the emergency, cooperating with the local Police Department and Sheriff's Department to evacuate the personnel in the area and set up a cordon to restrict personnel from coming close to the irradiated area.
  • Identified and recovered missing critical equipment located off-base, which provided access to all missile launch facilities within the 91st Missile Wing. This decisive action eliminated a major security vulnerability and prevented the possibility of a nuclear mishap.
