• Daily reconciliation of walk in, mail in and driver payments, Bank deposits, Weekly Petty Cash Reconciliation, Post all mail in payments, Cashing out walk in transactions as needed
• Post billing corrections, pricing adjustments, and collections.
• Daily dock totalizer to account for all gallons pumped at the plant for walk-in, installs, etc.
• Training new Customer Service Specialists as needed/when asked.
• Knowledgeable in National Fire Protection Association regulations and American Society of Mechanical Engineers Standards.
