• In this role I was responsible for the effective running of the department and its colleagues and have developed various managerial skills such as organising shifts/rotas and making key trading decisions on a daily basis
• I also employed various skills including problem solving, using initiative, negotiating, teamwork and creativity which is required when working in a fast paced environment
• I've learned the importance of brand image, product value and customer trust which aides in running a commercially efficient store and providing a high standard of customer service
• I was responsible for achieving yearly KRA targets in sales, shrink and waste management
• I also was the first point of contact for any customer complaints or issues

Within the role I was responsible for:

• assisting customers
• providing product knowledge
• stock replenishment
• manoeuvring of equipment safely and conveniently throughout the store
• Aiding of the delivering/following company guidelines and policies
