In this job I worked in 3 different positions. The first was as a breaker, I would unload boxes from a pallet so that a CBP agent or an agricultural agent could inspect them. My other position was as a crew leader in which I did practically the same thing only with a small team under my command. Finally, by showing my skills, I was able to get a better position as a forklift driver. This job consisted of CBP agents giving orders to unload certain trailers and we had to be on the lookout to unload them. After they were inspected, we could continue to load them again, providing the best service to PDS customers.
