While in the role of RBT i was responsible for providing one on one with individuals with autism. This role helped me improve on my customer support and conflict resolution as I would need to de-escalate situations through conversations. I was also responsible for note taking throughout the session and keeping a detailed log of client's behaviors and changes. Notes that were taken on technology that needed constant updates so being able to work with a wide array of technology was a must. (IPad, PC, Microsoft Office) Overall my time here helped me be more collaborative within my team, be able to break down and speak about complex subject with customers, and be comfortable around technology.
