- Led multiple management roles from 1986 to 2012, returning in 2016 to support Phalanx prime proposal. Assumed RAM MPM position in 2017 due to previous MPM's illness, continuing as MPM for RAM Design Agent and T2P Suppliers for RAM GMRP Blk2B, overseeing 4 suppliers.
- Shared Co-Lead MPM of SNADS (Surface Navy Air Defense Systems), now Naval Power.
- MPM Lead of both Raytheon ESSM Co. and initial Hughes ESSM Co. Formed after winning competitive prime based on key BVSS for Workshare approach. Co-wrote Principals of Cooperation in Brussels, Belgium to obtain 19 companies from 13 countries to assure participation (MOU). Wrote Workshare Agmt that has been updated in Feb 2026 for next gen prime. Lead MPM Tomahawk teamed with Eng VP to win back program from USG cancellation, successfully.
- Managed material requirements for complex defense systems and aerospace projects, including oversight of critical supplier buyers, SCM commodity buy group, and low-value parts. Led special support services and managed SBA, authoring and securing USA National Small Business Award, the first and only for the company.
- Coordinated with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of critical components, starting as major subcontract manager on TOW and Amraam teams to secure competitive bids before advancing to senior SCM management in 1986.
- Developed and maintained inventory control systems for effective material tracking. Special Project: create SW system for pricing & buying low-value parts; nka, SMI.
