  • Business liaison and partner for Sales teams and cross-functional groups (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) "Voice of Sales" & creator of Sales Strategy for Total Blue Buffalo Cat ($720 MM)
  • Coordinate all of the people and activities required to bring category products and the Brand’s plan to market (innovation, renovation, new Shopper tactics, etc.) and achieve revenue growth targets
  • Partner with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning to ensure forecast is captured, production is planned, and deliveries are on track to meet targets
  • Provide analysis and insights regarding profit and volume trends using internal and external/customer data sources
  • Influence pricing and promotional actions and distribution needed to drive business results while also adhering to sales strategies and trade policies
  • Managed the rebrand of our second and third largest brands at Blue Buffalo, created 3 Club offerings for Costco, Sam's, and BJ's, influenced several item conversions with our top retailers, and launched exclusives and early ships with our top JBP retailers
