Primary responsibilities including setting goals and ensuring that the store under my supervision adhere to company and industry regulations.
• Manage daily / weekly issues that arise pertaining to Bake, Pastry, Retail, Catering during and after hours of operation
• Review weekly employee schedules for hourly employees to ensure optimal efficiency
• Shamrock, Dawn, Vortex, Wearhouse orders completed within reasonable time frame.
• Support hiring, training and evaluating of hourly employees
• Analyze business performance; initiate appropriate corrective actions when deviations occur from financial expectations.
• Track monthly results / trends for business forecasting and meet management team to discuss trends and redirect initiatives as needed
• Resolve escalated customer complaints.
• Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements for both locations
• Serve as a role model and set a positive example for the entire team in all aspects of business and personnel management.
