• Provide data-collection support to the Office projects, contributing to terminal and final project evaluations
• Contribute to the Office’s results-oriented monitoring reports initiated by the HQ in Strasbourg
• Produce a draft of data analysis matrix against the Office’s Action plan indicators and final target benchmarks.

• Work independently to establish and maintain routine reports and relevant research data
• Conduct focus group discussions, interviews with project beneficiaries, and ensure that analysis/reports are accurate and timely
• Use rigorous survey methodologies to develop and evolve survey questionnaires
• Review and provide advice on project components and activities considering evaluation findings and development context.

• Carry out group sessions and individual coaching
• Participate in progress reports, draft and final assessment/completion reports
• Review and analyze programs and activities, recommend methodologies for evaluations, and deliver evaluation products
• Support the development of methodological tools and materials for the program
• Assist beneficiaries with business plan development, finding and applying to financing opportunities, and providing other relevant support
• Generate alliances and collaborations with organizations, companies, and other stakeholders within the entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Provide mentoring and support brokering activities.

• Provide consultancy services to various organizations, including the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Agriculture, American Councils for International Education, UN Agencies, ASAN Service, ASK (Entrepreneurs Confederation), and the Eurasian Partnership Foundation.

• Lead the strategic oversight of MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) budgeting and recruitment processes
• Provide critical support in proposal development, including log frame design, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate closely with project teams and partner staff to develop and implement robust monitoring systems and tools tailored to effectively measure and report on project indicators as specified in proposals
• Work with 44 women’s groups across 22 different regions in Azerbaijan, providing capacity-building trainings to empower rural women and enhance their participation in sustainable development initiatives.
