  • In 2008 I started a business/sales consulting company. I did not go independent from another company I was working for. It was strictly an idea that manifested from some bad sales experiences. I had no customers when I started and I cold called business in various industries from home builders, automobile companies, housing rental communities to retail stores. I sold the services I was offering in helping to improve customer sales interactions and effectiveness. We focused on making sure that employees were adhering to company guidelines, following procedures and were using effective sales techniques by performing covert sales interactions. The business started local in the bay area and grew into covering the entire state of California. In 2008 I started the business with no customers. In 2022 when I sold the business it was a multi million dollar sales company with 3 full time employees and approximately 100 IC workers at a time that I recruited, trained and had doing work for me. My main focuses were to bring new clients in and recruiting IC workers throughout the state of California. On any given day I could have anywhere from 10 to over 100 IC workers on jobs throughout the state and I was involved with scheduling and coordination of the workers. I am familiar with quick books. I am proficient with all Microsoft products and Google products. I mainly used excel and Google sheets to track all ongoing assignments, clients. I've used CRM programs and I learn new programs quickly. I am efficient at performing administrative tasks. I thrive in time pressure/fast paced situations. I have strong skills at multi tasking. After the business was sold in Dec. 2022 I stayed on for 1 year for a transition period to December 2023.
