As a restaurant manager my ultimate goal was to ensure a great guest experience while leading my team. As a leader I use positivity while working alongside my team to motivate them to be productive and provide a great guest experience. Some of my responsibilities and experience in this role include:

• Ensure a great guest experience using leadership skills and knowledge of what makes a happy guest
• Act as a role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards

• Influence team member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives
• Drive business results by utilizing Chili's systems to effectively control costs
• Ensure ordering work sheets are accurate based off current sales projects such as Shamrock food orders, liquor orders and general restaurant supplies
