Leading a team of day porters, night cleaning staff, supervisors and floor technicians at 26 SRP sites, assuring all buildings are being maintained and scope of works are being met, scheduling weekly visits to all sites to meet with point of contacts and assure we are meeting their standards, resolving all customer concerns, scheduling all specials services work such as floor care, carpet cleaning ,window washing, pressure washing, and any special request that the client has requested, providing all monthly trainings to assure the team is following company policies, procedures and safety, maintaining all supply orders and equipment for each site, managing a budget of $3.2 million in revenue and maintaining payroll for all staff , contributing to strategic planning and reporting at the end of my day to the account manager.

Leading and motivating all route technicians that have been trained to provide a excellent cleaning and disinfecting service for all restaurants and businesses, training in upselling to generate extra income for all route technicians, preparing all customer invoices and ipads for each route technician along with there daily routes, provide monthly trainings to assure our team is following company policies, procedures and safety and maintaining all supply orders and equipment along with scheduling all special services work on a monthly basis.
