  • Oversees day-to-day functioning of Church Health Service Clinics: Mental Health, Medical, Dental, and Congregational services. Throughout past two years, new programs such as law enforcement, veterans, service member, and caregiver services have been added to the mental health clinic.
  • Responsibilities include supervising staff and managing, coordinating, and overseeing programs and projects throughout each clinic.
  • For dental and mental health clinics, establishes initial Medicaid and HMO contracts, manages yearly revalidation's, and completes individual clinician credentialing.
  • Responsible for ensuring that clinics are in compliance with State certifications and DHS and HIPAA requirements. Obtained a WI DHS Client Rights Specialist Certification in 2022.
