• Assist with Pre Op, OR, and PACU turnovers

• Verify patient health history, collect vital signs, glucose reading, NPO status, previous or current medications
• Assist patient into OR, applying EKG leads, blood pressure cuff, turn over OR room after procedure has been completed
• Turn over PACU bays after patient has completed vital signs and has been discharged, remove IV's upon RN approval

• Obtain or provide report to the next covering shift, charge nurse or medical professional involved with patients care

• Collect vitals including glucose blood tests on assigned patients

• Assist with feeding, toileting, ambulation, bed baths, showering, peri care, and bedmaking
