- My responsibility when to bring a vehicle in and do a pre alignment to determine if the vehicle has any suspension damage and take photos and document everything and do a full tear down with photos, then call a writer out and go over the vehicle and get a repair plan and order any necessary parts and if necessary do a pre unibody measurement, during the repair process and reassemble I must photograph everything,after this I inspect all of the repairs thoroughly and more photos.

- At Larry Miller I was lead technician on the Gieco Rx program for 10 years, I was responsible for keeping track of cycle time and maintaining top level quality work it was about speed and accuracy , during the time I was doing gieco work I was awarded 8 years in a row by Larry miller corporate for speed and accuracy with no customer complaints! This award was based off of all the technicians from 12 of Larry Miller body shops . It is called society of excellence i was in the top 2 percent of the body technicians in 12 stores.
