I'm a motivated server with an engaging personality and flexible approach. Upbeat, friendly, and anticipating customer needs to facilitate enjoyable dining experiences.
My responsibilities were to teach technique, assist with students, greet parents, and most importantly to make sure the kids on the mats were safe and having a good time.
My third job was at gas station franchise that was known for its stellar customer service
and its well kept stores. My responsibilities were dynamic and demanding in this
company. I had a role to play in almost every aspect there is to running a gas station.
From helping customers with questions and problems, too being in our store kitchen from
opening to closing, to hustling up to the cash register to assist my teammates in getting
rid of a line of waiting customers in less than a minute. One of the key lessons I learned
while at QT (QuikTrip) was to move with a purpose. Never drag your feet, and also be
aware of who is coming in and out of your store. And work with a smile on your face
because you never know who might need it.
My second job was handling orders and preparing orders at McDonald's. The work was
extremely fast pace, and was at times overwhelming. Many complex and different orders
would come through all the time. My job was to make these orders as simple as I could to
the kitchen, so the food would be made properly and fast. Sometimes we would be short
staffed, and my responsibilities would double. I would now have to handle cash, while
also preparing orders, bagging orders, and then hand them out. The work sometimes had
a lot going on, but I manage to keep my emotions in check and rarely have mess ups. Our
locations was one of top 3 locations in all of Arizona.
At 15, I began my first job with my father. It was simple work, but taught me vaulable
lessons like patience and accountability. My responsibilities were take existing medical
files and copy/fax them into a digital folder and/or usb. Simple work but with a run down
fax machine and boxes filled with files, it became much more tedious. The machine
constantly broke down, when I was in the middle of scanning files and wifi issues were
daily. But with determination and a lot patience I was able to get all 100 out of 100 boxes
scanned and copied into their right location.
