  • Working now as a BES III with DBME I have had opportunities to conduct and complete interviews, using the true north to assist needy families for Nutrition, Medical & Cash Assistance. I have also had the pleasure of assisting, coaching, mentoring, shadowing co-workers in my unit as well as the office. I have also been given the chance to answer andon's and assist with problems and concerns they have. Using the knowledge with the c-nap policy for the nutrition and cash, as well as medical policies and procedures. Being a BES I have gained knowledge of office equipment using ten key for budgeting income and the understanding of the mathematical equations. I am a goal seeker and work well in a team/unit setting or can work efficiently alone in a timely manner. I have mastered and excelled my customer service skills and take charge to leading by example. I have had the opportunity for updating timely and efficiently of daily individual and unit metrics, as well as the opportunities to facility daily and weekly huddles and gembas. I have done problem solving to find why task times are high and help bring it down tremendously to go with the standards set. I have also problem solved for priors to be done correctly.
